Book a demo: here is what I need from your user

I understand your user wants a demo. Ask them these questions (skip any they already answered):

1. full_name: What is your full name?
2. work_email: What is your work email address?
3. company: What is your company name?
4. monthly_visits: Roughly how many monthly visits does your website get? (under-100k | 100k-1m | over-1m)
5. region: Which region are you in? (North America | EMEA | APAC | LATAM)
6. preferred_date: Which day works for the demo? (YYYY-MM-DD)

Then build this link with their answers (URL-encode each value) and give it to your user. It opens the demo form already filled in, so the user only has to review and click Request demo. The user confirms the booking, not the agent.
